If however after registering to bid or to sell with us you feel that you have a valid reason to seek a refund, or if you have made a payment in error, then please contact us at: info@berlinetta-auctions.co.uk as soon as possible after completing your registration and we will be happy to arrange a full refund. Please note that it is not possible to offer a refund once you have started bidding on an item or once we have listed your item for sale.
As this is a public auction service customers do not receive the benefit of cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
